Return & Exchange Policy

WHAT IS MILADY AVENUE’s EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

miladyavenue.com's  Easy Return And Exchange Policy ensures that you can buy from us in confidence and return or exchange  the product within 14 days from the date of purchase if :
  • it has size issues
  • it is faulty, relevant to damage or natural defect
  • if it’s not what you ordered.
Though we ensure to provide you a “WOW experience” each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your Order.
Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
  • Jewellery
  • Gadget Accessories
  • Corsets.
If the return is due to a size issue (applicable for apparel and footwear only), it is the member’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. On our part we will give credits against the same in the form of store credits in the My Discount Points section of your My Avenue, that can be used the next time you purchase from miladyavenue.com. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 100 in the form of store credits in the My Discount Points section of your My Avenue. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back. Please note miladyavenue.com will not be liable for any damage that happens in transit.
 
EASY EXCHANGE/RETURNS
 
You can easily exchange an item purchased from Miladyavenue.com. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, you will have to return it to obtain credits and purchase the new item separately. Please note that credits will be issued to you in the form of store credits in the My Discount Points section of your My Avenue, that can be used the next time you purchase from miladyavenue.com. Each Discount Point equals to Re. 1. All you need to do is return the item and re-order a different size or product (s) using your credits, for no extra charge (except for Shipping Charge or Cash on Delivery Convenience Charge if applicable). However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and your address being serviceable for an exchange. 
 
Dear Customer, if any discount or coupon code was applied on your original order, the amount debited to you after deduction of the discount will be credited to you. The discount amount will be proportionately distributed among the number of products in the original order. And in case any referral points were redeemed by you, the same will be returned back to your account on Miladyavenue.com subject to the validity of points. Please note that returns and exchanges are not allowed for orders below INR 500.
 
Miladyavenue.com's 14 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Miladyavenue.com for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

There are two ways to return the product to us. In most locations we offer a free pick up service for your return. If we don't offer a pick up at your location, or if you prefer, you can ship an item back to us. In such cases, we will credit your up to a maximum of Rs 100 in the form of store credits in the My Discount Points section of your My Avenue to cover your cost of shipping the product back to us.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your Miladyavenue.com account. If you wish to receive a refund, please send an email with the following details from your registered email address to sales@miladyavenue.com. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check we shall return it back to you.

You can exchange an item purchased from Miladyavenue.com for a new size or the original size for no extra charge. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. 

HOW TO GENERATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST?

You can simply fill the Return/Exchange form by going on Returns section of your My Avenue, and generate a Return/Exchange request by clicking on Continue. An e-mail notification will instantly be sent on your registered e-mail ID with the Return Order ID and other related details. Please note that we should receive the Return Request within 14 days from your order date, post which someone from our Customer Support Team shall get back to you shorty to confirm your request. We request you to be patient till then :)

Returns can be made in the following ways:

1. Courier the product(s) to miladyavenue.com : 

Once you receive the confirmation mail from our end, you can ship the product (s) you wish to return back to our warehouse. Please keep in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email. Please choose a reliable Courier Service provider to avoid any damage in transit and put one copy of invoice inside the parcel along with the product (s). Also, kindly retain one copy of our invoice and proof of dispatch (issued by your courier service provider). In this case, shipping charges will be reimbursed to you in the form of a special Coupon Code ( upto INR 100 ) as mentioned in detail above.

2. Intimate us so that we can pick up the product(s) from your doorstep: 

We will pick up the return within 5-8 business days of your placing the request. Please keep the return shipment ready.

Return or exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are in their original condition, with the tags intact, in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PARCEL ?

Post receipt of the return parcel, we will proceed to inspect the same which takes about 3 days. We shall send you an email regarding approval or disapproval of the returned item. If approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or credit in the appropriate account. Please note that it usually takes another 7-10 business days to initiate refund in your bank account and upto 5 business days to initiate store credits subject to product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.  If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you.

REFUND POLICY
 
If you choose to return an item due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), only in this case you will receive a full refund of the item purchased. The same will vary depending on the scenario :  
  1. If the payment was made in cash or using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the refund is made in the form of a NEFT Transfer/Cheque.
  2. In case of sizing and other preference issues, credits are issued in the form of a special Coupon Code.

Please Note:

  • We will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
  • We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step and also send you a return authorization mail.
WILL CONVENIENCE CHARGES ALSO BE REFUNDED WHICH WERE INITIALLY CHARGED ON COD?
 
Cash on Delivery charge of INR 79 will not be included in the refund value as this is a Non-refundable fee.

WILL SHIPPING CHARGES ALSO BE REFUNDED WHICH WERE INITIALLY CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

  1. In case of an error on our part such as an incorrect item or damaged/defective product sent, we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charges.
  2. In case of size related issues, shipping charge of INR 99 charged on the original Invoice will not be included in the refund value. 

HOW MUCH TIME DOES REFUND CONSUMAE?

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we wish to facilitate you with the same, our hands are tied. You can also assume additional delay for nationalized banks.
