Please note that we are committed to deliver products within 7-14 business days of your order date depending on our partner's execution. However we usually deliver before that! While in certain circumstances shipping time may be longer than usual due to accessibility issues depending on the area codes. 
 
WILL I RECEIVE ALL THE PRODUCTS TOGETHER IF MY SINGLE ORDER INCLUDES MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT?
 
We suggest you- not to panic in case you do not receive your complete order at once! If you have ordered more than one product, you may receive multiple parcels depending on the affiliate brands' execution. Your dispatch email will state what item has been shipped each time, tracking details, and in case of Cash on Delivery, what is the amount owed by you. We strive to deliver your order at the earliest and so we dispatch atleast the ready items to avoid delay, without regretting about the dual shipping charges.
 
WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL?

For ordered amount more than Rs. 799, we will ship the order to your doorstep free of cost.

Yes, a shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable to all orders for and under Rs. 799.

WILL I BE RETURNED THE SHIPPING CHARGES IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED, UNDELIVERED?

Yes, full amount will be refunded if product(s) you ordered are undelivered due to uncertain circumstances. But if part of the order is returned, we will not refund you the shipping charges, in that case, you shall ship the product back to Mlady Avenue. We recommend you to choose a reliable courier partner to avoid any damage in transit.

HOW TO USE COD OPTION- “SPECIALLY FOR YOU” ?

For the convenience for our customers, we also offer Cash On Delivery as an alternate mode of payment. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it is dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us and we will resend the order to your doorstep again.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR BOOKING COD ORDERS?

Yes a minimal fee of Rs. 79 will be charged as Convenience charge for all COD orders. Please note that this is a non-refundable fee, however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable .

DO I RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION ON PLACING THE ORDER?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a notification via e-mail with specifications such as your order no., order date, expected delivery time, amount payable, etc. on the e-mail address mentioned by you at the time of registration. Kindly keep a track of the same.
